4.30 PM. Witness: ‘J’.

“I was walking through Swansea back to my car near the council offices at about half past four in the afternoon. It was a dark Tuesday afternoon and it was raining slightly. I looked up and saw what I believe was a flying man in black!

This is not a joke: I don’t know if it was a man-shaped balloon or a black bin bag caught in the wind or a flying man in black, but I was very scared.

The figure glided across the road and suddenly changed direction. The object was moving very slowly and was almost gliding. I would say that it was 500 ft above the ground. It flew over the top of some trees and then disappeared from view. Please this is not a wind up.”
