Sighting,UFO,Cigar shape

Youngster Billy Price and several other boys in Penarth between 9.15 and 9.30 PM saw a white light moving about about 10 ft from the ground. It was moving at a very high speed. As far as they could see it was cigar-shaped and some thought that they saw a reddish tint to it.

They saw it moving in different directions also at a very high speed.
