9 SEPTEMBER 1922 - BARMOUTH
John Morris, steersman of the local lifeboat, and William James saw an object fall 'with extraordinary slowness' into the sea off Barmouth. Thinking that it might have been a crashing aeroplane, a lifeboat was sent out but nothing was found. A subsequent enquiry was made but no aircraft had been reported missing.

1929 - LLANYSTUMDWY, CAERNARFONSHIRE
A boy was collecting firewood and smoking a cigarette in an orchard near the village, when he saw a little man coming out of some bushes. He was about 3 ft tall, green from the waist down, and wearing a red cap. Nothing was said and the boy does not remember the little man leaving. He was quite sure that he did not imagine the incident.
